组合介绍：
早在97年，来自美国俄亥俄州的兄弟俩Nick和Drew，还有Justin和Jeff那时正在给一些当红歌手作伴唱，其中就包括Boyz II Men。就在一次Boyz II Men的演唱会上，他们四个被当地的一个电台DJ发现，成立了现在的98 Degrees。最初乐队的演唱风格的确受到Boyz II Men的影响，同样走的是R&B路线，还有四人完美的和声，唯一的区别就是他们的肤色不同。
９8年，随着男子偶像团体的声势高涨，当时98 Degrees的风头似乎被BSB（后街男孩）所盖过，首张同名专辑中只有“Invisible Man”获得金曲奖，并且因为同样是白人男子组合，同样出现在少年杂志上而常常发生被歌迷误以为他们就是BSB的尴尬事情。
为了早日从男孩组合中脱颖而出，在制作第二张专辑时，乐队邀请了众多知名制作人为他们量身定作歌曲，并刻意地挑选了一些风格迥异的歌曲，以寻求音乐风格的多样性。值得一提的是在专辑中还特地收录了98 Degrees与歌坛巨星Stevie Wonder合作的“True To Your Heart”，这也是迪斯尼的动画电影“花木兰”的主题曲。随着影片在全球的播放，越来越多的歌迷开始认识98 Degrees的音乐，并逐渐喜欢上他们。
