出生于英国伦敦的蒂朵表示，这张新专辑创作理念是她上一张《无天使》专辑的延续，制作人同样还是她的哥哥罗欧洛。她说，罗欧洛有非常棒的文字表达能力，可以说是一流的写歌高手。蒂朵开玩笑说，哥哥尤其擅长描述『泼辣女子』心情写照的歌曲。 一九九九年发行的《无天使》专辑，在美国国内获美国唱片工业协会通过四张白金唱片的销售认证，累计全球唱片销售量更高达一千两百万张，为蒂朵的歌唱事业奠下良好基础。
