Ozzy，一个真正的超级明星，一个和猫王、列侬站在同一高度的家伙。不过这个叫做两个O的家伙和那些超级明星的一个基本不同点就在于，如果他下午要到你家里喝茶，你的妈妈会担心的，甚至很害怕。要了命的摇滚乐，要了命的Ozzy Osbourne，这个鲜艳的恶魔是公认的重金属教父之一，是重金属神圣的制度。Ozzy Osbourne成名的年头儿比许多乐迷的年龄都大。 John Michael Osbourne，出生于1948年12月3日的英国伯明翰。他的音乐生涯开始于60年代末，那时他和吉他手Tony Iommi，贝司手Geezer Butler以及鼓手Bill Ward一道组建了布鲁斯摇滚乐队Earth。当他们的风格逐渐发展成重金属之后，乐队改名为BLACK SABBATH。BLACK SABBATH以其缓慢黑暗的旋律和压抑的主题而在整个70年代乐坛独树一帜，他们是当之无愧的金属音乐创造者。 BLACK SABBATH首张专辑Black Sabbath录制于1970年，之后他们陆续发表了经典之作Paranoid（1970），Master Of Reality（1971），Vol. 4（1972），Sabbath Bloody Sabbath（1974）和另外几张专辑，在1978年Never Say Die发行后，Ozzy Osbourne由于父亲去世而不断酗酒，他低迷的精神状态不能跟上乐队的节拍，从而被BLACK SABBATH开除。在妻子和经纪人Sharon Osbourne的帮助下，Ozzy逐渐走出低谷，开始组建自己的个人乐队。乐队的吉他手是天才的Randy Rhoads，来自QUIET RIOT乐队，他是个深受古典音乐影响的摇滚吉他手和颇有名望的吉他老师。在Randy和贝司手Bod Daisley，鼓手Lee Kerslake的合作下，Ozzy Osbourne的首张专辑于1981年发表了，这就是经典的Blizzard Of Ozz（Ozz风暴）。这张经典的专辑，直到今天，仍然一直在出售。 “你可以很容易的说，嘿，你是Ozzy Osbourne，一个摇滚明星，生活对于你来说是不是很伟大？但是我犯的错误比一般人还要多的多。我从伯明翰一个普通工厂的工作中逃脱了出来，我也不需要去抢银行，我对此感到满足。我对活着感到幸运，我对我的孩子们能够去好一些的学校感到幸运，这些就是我得到的最大报偿，因为我的教育糟糕透了。我从学校里出来的时候基本上就是个文盲。”这就是Ozzy，一个实在的摇滚音乐家，一个真实的人。
