KT有着四分之一的中国血统，她的祖母是中国人，KT是在养父母那里张大的，
小时候的生活还算蛮漂泊的，所以她的音乐里能听出来一种孤独，空灵的感觉！

自海外发行以来，该专辑一直停留在全英专辑榜上
这也使得KT与师兄酷玩乐队Coldplay共同入围角逐全英音乐奖最高荣誉---水星音乐奖Mercury Prize年度最佳专辑
