今天拿到这张专辑的心情是矛盾的，兴奋的当然是拥有了她，但难过的是这张专辑将是Ash的绝唱，death of the album，虽然乐队也公开表示不会就此停止音乐旅程，还是会在今后出些单曲，但是明眼人都看的出，王朝总会有衰败的时刻。用动荡来形容Ash近年来的状况是再合适不过了。去年女吉他手Charlotte Hatherley的单飞似乎就已经隐约埋下了伏笔。在6（乐队的第6张唱片）这个数字上划上句号似乎很难说的过去，更是很难让大批的Fans接受。北爱尔兰最伟大的乐队之一就这样像流星一样陨落。Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones的著名制作人Michael Brauer与乐队共同完成了这张非常具有意义的唱片。从当初的官网free download单曲I Started A Fire还是可以看出乐队依旧保持着活力的punk-pop精神。Polaris的荡气回肠。End Of The World，Twilight Of The Innocents的脆弱，无力，很明显就可以感受到专辑的起伏，从激昂，亢奋到无奈。也许真的反应了乐队的音乐道路。说到现在似乎我有点杞人忧天了，毕竟这支乐队还在，精神还在，还是承诺会继续推出好的作品，不管怎样，就让我们一起深深的祝福吧。乐队Myspace上滚动的照片看后真的有点让人难受，呵呵，不多说了，就让我们好好欣赏这张唱片吧。
